Lose weight and keep it off with

Cognitive Behaviour Coaching

At Ideal Weight, we believe that changing the way you think and behave is the key to successful weight loss and weight management. We know that losing weight is tricky but keeping it off is harder which is why so many people spend their life yo-yo dieting. Whether you want to have face to face or telephone coaching either with or without our nutrition packs, we have a plan to suit you.

LET OUR IDEAL WEIGHT COACHES HELP YOU

Our professionally trained cognitive behaviour coaches are at the heart of what we do. They are there with you every step of the way and work with you to help you get to the root of why you're not at your ideal weight, helping you change your relationship with food, teaching you new skills to change unhelpful patterns and habits so you can lose weight and keep it off long term.

CUT THE STRING IN YOUR YO-YO DIETING

So many weight-loss companies show you how to lose weight but they don't focus on the importance of maintaining your weight once you've reached your goal. Through cognitive behaviour coaching, we will help learn how to cut the string in your yo-yo dieting once and for all and teach you how to maintain a healthy weight for the rest of your life.

FLEXIBLE COACHING OPTIONS TO SUIT YOU

Our weekly coaching sessions cost just £11 a week and you can choose telephone or face to face coaching. Coming together with people who share a common goal is incredibly powerful as being 'on a diet' can be quite lonely and having real support with like-minded people means that you never feel alone.

TRY SOMETHING THAT REALLY WORKS

We know the most effective way to lose weight is to have cognitive behaviour coaching alongside our nutrition packs, however, we also offer a coaching only option if that suits you better.
