FLEXIBLE COACHING OPTIONS TO SUIT YOU
Our weekly coaching sessions cost just £11 a week and you can choose telephone or face to face coaching. Coming together with people who share a common goal is incredibly powerful as being 'on a diet' can be quite lonely and having real support with like-minded people means that you never feel alone.
