I've gone from one extreme to the other today - I've not eaten or drunk nearly as much as I should have.
I started the day doing some cleaning before heading to my Nan's, eating a truffle bar en route. From then on it all went up in the air, and before I knew it, it was 7.30pm and I couldn't remember the last time I'd had a drink.
I took a pint of water to bed with me because I was feeling really tired and lethargic and made a mental note to make sure I never, ever do that again.
Overeating isn't the best thing in the world, but under eating is just silly. This week I need to focus and get myself straight – I need to plan, I need to prepare and I need to get motived!
