I had been feeling uncomfortable in my clothes for a while, but a cutting remark from a colleague was the final catalyst for me to take control of my weight.
I met an Ideal Weight coach at a networking group and loved the coaching element of the plans. I started on the 4 Plan for one week because I liked the simplicity of it, then moved to the 3 Plan as it gave me a little bit more flexibility.

I'm now on the 1 Plan and I'm finding the on-going coaching support is very helpful. It gently keeps me on track when I need it. I feel confident making decisions about what I eat and drink, and it's great to have my coach there to speak to if I need it.
